Payment:
Deposit and rental costs need to be paid in full before arrival date.
20% deposit required on initial booking. This is non-refundable if dates are changed or the holiday is cancelled by the client.
The owner retains the right to also cancel a booking in case of any unforeseen property issues and deposits will be returned or new dates arranged.
Covid Cover:
All payments will be refunded if a national lockdown is imposed or any other guidelines are issued by the government that affect travel within the UK.
